Material Handling Solutions to Optimize Warehouse Operations
TEARDROP-STYLE PALLET RACKS
We offer several industry-standard configurations:
- SELECTIVE - Pick any pallet anywhere from single runs along a wall or from either side of back-to-back runs.
- DOUBLE DEEP (LIFO) - Use your double reach lift to pick pallets two deep in a double run against a wall or from back-to-back double runs.
- PALLET FLOW (FIFO) - For high-turn commodity or perishable goods, as many pallets deep as space permits. One SKU per lane.
- PUSH BACK (LIFO) - Good for going up against a wall. Up to 5 pallets deep. Ideal for durable goods.
STRUCTURAL CANTILEVER RACKS
Ideal for long items (like pipes, metal rods, or wood) or bulky items (like metal or plastic sheeting), the structural cantilever may be configured for single-sided use against a wall or double-sided use, which can be picked from either side.
Very heavy commodities may be stored by increasing the number of arms supporting the commodity.
BOLTLESS SHELVING
Boltless shelving is very effective at storing small boxes or loose or binned items.
PALLET RACK MEZZANINES (Rack Supported Platforms)
Pallet Rack Mezzanines, also called rack-supported platforms, provide a very economical way to get a second level of hand-stacked storage without having to implement a true mezzanine.
